Our workshop is at 2 Sandringham Avenue, alongside the showroom. Book ahead and we'll have the parts on the shelf before you arrive. We also service BAIC vehicles bought elsewhere — bring the service book if you have it.

What after sales service is
Everything that happens after you drive away: scheduled servicing, repairs, genuine parts and warranty work. One workshop, the same team that sold you the car.
How it works
Call, WhatsApp or use the form below to book a slot. Bring the vehicle and its service book. We check it, do the work, stamp the book and tell you what to watch before the next visit.
When to come in
Every 5,000 km or every six months, whichever comes first, and for the first service at 1,000 km. Keeping to that schedule is what keeps the warranty valid.
What the warranty covers
Five years on the X35, X55 II and BJ30e, three on the BJ40 Plus and eight on the ARCFOX T1. Scheduled servicing is free for the first two years on BAIC models and for eight years on the T1. Genuine parts and a stamped service book keep any claim straightforward.
